Dispatch & Delivery Times (India)

• Dispatch: Orders are usually dispatched within 2–3 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
• Delivery after dispatch:
  • Metro cities: ~ 7–14 business days
  • Other locations: ~ 14–20 business days
• If multiple products are ordered together, timelines may vary by item.

Heads up: Delivery dates shown at checkout are estimates and may be affected by courier workload, weather, and holidays.

Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking link via email or SMS to monitor your shipment.

Delivery Attempts & Rescheduling

• Our courier partners will make up to three (3) delivery attempts.
• If you’re unavailable, you may receive a WhatsApp message or a call from the delivery agent to reschedule.
• After three failed attempts, the package returns to our warehouse. To reship, an additional fee of ₹60 applies.

Shipping Coverage

We currently ship only within India. Any future expansion to international shipping will be updated here.

Express Shipping

Express options may be available for an additional fee. Availability and pricing will be shown at checkout (where supported by your pincode).

Shipping Charges

Standard shipping charges are calculated automatically at checkout based on your delivery location and cart contents.

Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your order is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of the delivery notification (or expected delivery date for lost items). We’ll assist with a courier claim and provide a resolution after verification. Returns are not required.

Delivery Guarantee

If your order is not delivered within 14–20 days from the dispatch date, you are eligible for a full refund. Please reach out with your order details so we can verify and process the refund.

No Return / No Exchange

We operate a No Return & No Exchange policy once an order is delivered. Please review product details carefully before purchasing. This does not affect your eligibility for a refund under the Delivery Guarantee above or support for lost/damaged shipments.

Holiday Shipping

During major holidays and sale periods, dispatch and delivery times may be extended. We recommend ordering early to avoid delays.
